Laughing for Sport~

Everybody is probably familiar with the usual intramural sports: bball, vball, football, etc. No surprises there...except for interesting co-ed rules  to "even the playing field" for the guys and gals. Things like guys being unable to shoot from within the key, girls needing to have at least one touch on the volleyball each time it's over the net, etc. Co-ed rules definitely keep peeps on their toes in a whole new way.

When it comes to comic relief however, you've got to turn to a whole new menu of intramural sports: walleyball, or this year's new fav inner-tube waterpolo.  That's right, get 7 of your friends, load up in inner-tubes and head to the pool. If you don't feel uncoordinated while playing, you're doing something wrong. ;) Ramping up the game to a whole new level, our team, affectionately named the "white caps", sports swim caps, sings Backstreet Boys when we score and as of tonight's game - we started strategically abandoning our tubes at times to dunk the other team so they couldn't get the ball... Whatever it takes, right? ;)

Hilarious game, great tricep workout from paddling & an even better ab workout... mostly from laughing it up with my team. :)
